Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of 256-slice intelligent computed tomography(ICT)cerebral angiogra-phy in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods:35 cases of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage were ret-rospectively analyzed. After initially diagnosed as intracranial aneurysms by computed tomography angiography (CTA),they underwent the digital subtraction angiography(DSA)examination or surgical treatment. Results:In the 35 patients,36 cases of aneurysm were checked out,in which 15 cases were anterior communicating aneurysms,7 cases were posterior communicating aneurysm,9 cases were middle cerebral aneurysms,3 cases were posterior cere-bral aneurysms,and 1 case was ambilateral posterior communicating aneurysm. Conclusion:The 256-slice ICT cere-bral angiography is the primary and valuable imaging examination method for screening intracranial aneurysm with the advantages of quickness,accuracy,safety,non-invasiveness,and it can provide accurate diagnosis for clinical doc-tors.关键词
