Abstract
Outward Bound is a new learning methods and educational content. It is an essential and beneficial supple-ment to the traditional sports teaching and has incomparable advantages over the traditional teaching in improving the students' mental health and social adaptability. To adapt the trend of the specialty of the Social Sports Curriculum Re-form ,the feasibility of Outward Bound becoming a part of Personnel Training Program of the Specialty of Social Sports is discussed in this thesis hoping that it can shed light on how to better the Personnel Training Program of the Specialty of Social Sports in the universities.关键词
