Abstract
In order to study the growth of Mycoplasma capricolum subsp. capripneumoniae M1601 in Thiaucourt broth medium and its reproductive characteristics, the growing titer in different culture stages and pH were determined by live bacteria counting method. And the growing curve was made. The results showed that the logarithmic phase of M1601 that was stably generated was 6~60 h that was cultured in Thiaucourt broth medium and pH value gradually decreased. And it entered into stationary phase after 60~72 h and pH decreased to 6.27. And it entered into decline phase after 72 h. This provided reference data for studying the culture characteristics of Mycoplasma capricolum subsp. capripneumoniae and the manufacturing process of vaccine and applied its growing laws in the production reasonably.关键词
