摘要
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to establish an effective method for detecting the expressed product by Escherichia coli transformed byβ-mannanase. Due to little expression amount and the changes of product structure, the conventional detection method couldn′t accurately judge the properties of expression product. So the selfmade antigen and anti-serum were used to establish ELISA. The detection results showed that E. coli transformed byβ-mannanase could successfully expressβ-mannanase.关键词
