新疆部分地区牛支原体病的血清学调查
Serological Survey on Mycoplasma Disease of Cattle in Some Areas of Xinjiang
摘要
Abstract
103 samples of cattle serum were collected from some areas of Xinjiang to detect the antibody of cattle mycoplasma by double-antigen sandwich ELISA method. The results showed that the mycoplasma detection results of 30 samples of serum were positive and the positive rate was 29.1%. This indicated that mycoplasma disease of cattle occurred in the investigated areas and the infection rate was higher. So some active measures should be taken to prevent and control the occurrence and prevalence of cattle mycoplasma.关键词
