Abstract
The existing problems in the quality security of animal products in China were analyzed from the aspects of animal diseases, drug residue, environmental pollution and biological pollution, contamination produced during the production and circulation process of animal products, lag detection means of animal quality security and unperfect laws and regulations. Some corresponding countermeasures were proposed for solving the quality security problem of animal products, so as to provide references for strengthening the quality security management and monitoring of animal products.关键词
