Abstract
Implementing the most stringent water resources management system must carry out the concept of "three red lines"to control of wa-ter resources management, and clear the limitation of pollutant loads in the water function area, and establish the relevant frame work of water resources conservation and repair work. Combined with the actual situation of Shijiazhuang water functional areas, the specific questions are raised.Theprotectionandrestorationworkviewsareputforwardbasedonthespecificsourcesofpollutioncontrol,rivermonitoringandevalua-tion and assessment.关键词
