Abstract
Based on analysis of current utilization situation of water resources in Hengshui, this article has concluded the characteristics of water resources of the city, analyzed the problems occurred during its development and utilization, and put forward a new strategy "to take reducing-water-consumptionaspriority,totakepollution-treatmentasbasicprinciple,totapnew sourcesofsupplyinmulti-channel".Thepaperputsfor-ward the optimal allocation of water resources from macroscopic view and microscopic view to improve eco-environment of Hengshui, and a-chieves the purpose of sustainable development and utilization of water resources.关键词
