Largevolumeconcretepouringappearssomeproblemssuchasconcretecrack,surfacepockmark,intensityofsubstandardqualityprob-lem, etc. The mass voulme concrete pouring process in Tangzixiang canal project are discussed and summarized. The prepare process of the key pointsforcontrolinclude: formworkandsteelbarinspection,preparationofconstructionpersonnel,equipment,andmaterials.Thekeypointsin pouring construction process mainly include: the combination of old and new concrete, concrete pouring sequence, concrete vibrator, inspection unwinding ofconstructionsitecontrol.Thekey pointsof product maintenanceprocessmainly include: concrete temperaturecontrol,stripping maintenance.It can be referenced by same type of large volume concrete pouring process control.关键词
