Abstract
"Stipulation for Safety Appraisal of Sluice" ( SL 214-98) stipulated the on-site safety detection including general provisions, safety in-spection contents and site safety inspection report, but these were only the principles, technical rules on how to conduct on-site safety testing were very weak, and lacked of operability. Based on this, combining the relevant provisions in "Stipulation for Safety Appraisal of Sluice" ( SL 214-98) and working experience,this article discussed emphatically the aspects in safety inspection unit requirements,inspecting plan,questions whichinspectingshouldpayattentionto,inspectitemsandcommonlyusedinspectionmethods,inordertoprovidehelpstothefutureoftheon-site safety inspection.关键词
