Abstract
Waterandsoilconservationplanisanimportantmeasureforcontrollingnewsoilerosioncausedbythedevelopmentofconstruction. Itcanensurethatthesystemofthe "three-simultaneous" toimplement. Thereforeintheearlystage, theauxiliaryprojectsoftheSouth-to-North Water Transfer Project in Beijing City need to prepare the conservation plan. According to the engineering characteristics, thepaper dis-cussesthemeasuresofsoilandwaterconservationfortheauxiliaryprojectsinordertoeffectivelycontrolthewaterandsoilerosionandimprove the ecological environment of Beijing City.关键词
