Abstract
Owingtothelargeamountofdesignchangesinlarge-scalediversionprojects,priceadjustmenthasanimportantinfluenceonbothcon-tractorsanddevelopers.Therefore,theresearchonhowtoadjustpricereasonablywithconsiderationofbothpartiesisofsignificancetocontrol investment and to promote construction.The change of deep expansivesoilchannel of Cixian County in the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project is a typical example,which is discussed in this article to expatiate price adjustment of large-scale diversion project.The adjustmentmustreflecttheinfluenceofmarketcompetition,andconsidertheinfluenceofmarket,economicandlegalrelationship.Themostrea-sonable price is to follow the market-set principles and based on construction contract, which can safeguard interests of both contractors and de-velopers and promote construction.关键词
