Abstract
This paper analyzes the wave-shaped connection terminal parts stamping process, and elaborates the 17 station layout design, such as rushed small round hole, rushed shaped hole, rushed square hole, cutting edge, playing tendons, typing, playing convex, chamfering, vertical tongue, pressure tongue and as well as the characteristics of the die structure and the key of forming parts design; according to the characteristics that terminal intermediate connecting parts in the U-shaped bending products will be narrowed, it focuses on the use of inclined wedge block forming U-shaped structure method.关键词
