市属高职院校是高职教育的一支重要力量，文章从多个角度分析了市属高职院校的财政投入状况，并就如何进一步推进和完善高等职业教育体系和政府投入机制，促进高等职业教育均衡、可持续发展提出了几点建议。
Municipal vocational college is a vital schooling force in tertiary education. This paper analyzes fis-cal investment from municipal government on vocational colleges from many perspectives and proposes several suggestions on promoting and perfecting vocational education system and government investment, boosting the balance and sustainable development of tertiary education.
