不同激素水平对切花多头菊茎尖离体组织培养的影响
Influences of hormone content on the external cultivation of stem tip tissue of the spray chrysanthemum
摘要
Abstract
In this study, the tip of the chrysanthemum was cultured as the explant at the medium with NAA and 6-BA at different concentration to screen the optimum combination by the growth of the callus and cluster buds. The result indicates the callus of chrysanthemum could be induced effectively at the medium of MS+0.1 mg/L NAA+2.0 mg/L 6-BA,while the cluster buds could be induced effectively at the medium of MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.l mg/L NAA. In addition, the root of plantlet could be induced effectively at the medium of 1/2 MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L.关键词
