政府业务整合水平对电子政务服务能力的影响*
Impact ofthe Integration of Government Business Procedure on the E-government Service Capability
摘要
Abstract
Research on E-government was becoming concentrated on service today. However, it is still a long way to achieve seamless integration, which is the goal of E-government. This article made several hypotheses based on E-government service capability model and government's business procedure's integration model. Results of Structural Equation Model shows government's vertical business procedure 's integration has significant, positive and direct effect on E-government service capability while horizontal business procedure's integration is weak.关键词
