政府网络舆情信息的需求分析*
An Analysis of Government's Information Demand for Internet Public Opinions

Abstract
To strengthen the social management innovation, governments at all levels urgently need to grasp the internet public opinions to understand public opinions, and to make scientific decisions. This paper conducts a systematic in-depth analysis about the government in-formation demand with a focused concern on the internet public opinions. The analysis covers the following aspects such as the inner drive prompting government's internet public opinions information demand, and the characteristics, structure and types of government's internet public opinions information demand. Then, the paper discusses the general flow of the analysis about government internet public opinion information demand, including the demand investigation, demand confirmation, demand supply, demand tracking and demand change. Through the above analysis, it aims at providing a theoretical basis for the internet public opinions information service institutions, thus to achieve "on-demand supply" of government decision-making information.关键词
