Abstract
A patent infringement lawsuit means the enterprise's competition for market. Targeting patent infringement lawsuits as the re-search object, a patent infringement lawsuits network is set up with the degree centrality, closeness centrality, betweeness centrality, eigen-vector centrality expressing the relations of the patentees. A patent infringement lawsuit matrix is also established based on the active degree and the positive degree of patentees in the network. Taking the 21 companies involved in litigations in the IT field in the past five years as an example, the paper explores the market position of the companies by the patent infringement lawsuits network and patent infringement lawsuit matrix. The example shows that the methods proposed are useful for enterprises to understand their own and their competitors' posi-tion in the market, and thus provide useful reference to the business strategic planning.关键词
