摘要
Abstract
Based on intelligence support, trademark strategy for the “Go Out” Policy of Chinese enterprises is drafted in terms of a brief research on information of the Madrid International Registration of Trademarks. Through searching the Madrid system, mathematical model and analysis on data of the Madrid International Registration of Trademarks are accomplished. The comparison of the Madrid International Registration of Trademarks and its spill-over effects at home and abroad is then completed. Macro-strategy intelligence on Chinese Madrid International Registration of Trademarks is discovered at last, including the intelligence of Chinese position in the system and the related spill-over effects at home and abroad.关键词
