基于互信息的官产学研三螺旋国际合作测度研究
Measuring the National and International Relationships of the Triple Helix Based on Mutual Information
摘要
Abstract
This paper built a four-dimensional model of university, industry, government and international cooperation using triple helix theory. Based on the papers written by Chinese researchers from the database of Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-E), mutual infor-mation indicator was used to measure the associated tightness and dynamics of the cooperation of the four dimensions. It was found that a stable international collaborative innovation system of university, industry, and government has been shaped. The participation level of u-niversities in international cooperation was the highest, while the industry participation was insufficient. And, in recent years, cooperation of universities with foreign institutions witnessed a downward developing trend. As the main body of scientific and technological innova-tion, the industry should improve its innovation ability by strengthening the international cooperation, which might promote the sustainable development of the international cooperation relationship of university, industry and government.关键词
