Abstract
Personal information can be divided into different types of general, important and crucial, with varying degrees of protection. In the era of big data, new developments, such as data mining, business intelligence, retroactive integration technologies, bring huge chal-lenges to the protection of personal information, and strengthening the protection of personal information in this new era is especially ur-gent. The difficulties concerning the protection of personal information in China lie in legislation, regulation, technology, industry and in-dividuals. Perfecting the path selection for personal information protection in this great era of big data requires strengthening legislation, administrative supervision, technology protection, and industry self-discipline, and improving self-protection.关键词
