Abstract
The progress&prosperity of science and technology cannot be separated from reasonable optimal allocation of science and tech-nology resources. It requires not only focusing on the allocation in input links, but also on the coordination of the reuse and sharing of sci-ence and technology resources having been allocated. Whether science and technology resources can be shared and the sharing effects are associated with a country's laws, security and ideology, while in nature it is subject to the impact of interests involved. This paper raises a new understanding of science and technology resources sharing under interest-driven perspective, explores the types and stage of develop-ment of sharing activities. Then the resulted science and technology resources sharing implementation priorities are presented, including building specialized intellectual property system and balancing the interest of science and technology resources sharing participants etc, thus to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of science and technology resources sharing.关键词
