基于CTI的台湾技术转移服务模式研究
Research on Service Mode of Taiwan Technology Transfer Based on CTI
摘要
Abstract
The authors study the technology transfer service mode of Taiwan based on CTI from the aspects of service suppliers, users, service contents and service strategy. The authors first summarize the function of Taiwan technology transfer intermediaries, identify the in-telligence requirement of technology transfer, then analyze the function of MIC and IEK in each stage of Taiwan technology transfer based on CTI. Finally, it is found that Taiwan has formed a triangular pyramidal technology transfer service mode, as provides reference for the mainland China to construct technology transfer service system based on CTI.关键词
