摘要
Abstract
To identify core technologies of fibrates and forecast their future development, this article made a contrastive analysis of the drug and technological types of fibrates between America, Europe and China through a view of authorized patent. As a result, most of the patents are about pharmaceutical preparation of fenofibrate and drug combination of fibrates. Few amount of patent for new monomers and derivatives emerged as well. Pharmaceuticals companies and scientific research institutions in China should follow the international drug de-velopment and market change. The preparation of fenofibrate which can enhance bioavailability and reduce side effect should be paid more attention to, as well as the combination of fibrate and other drugs. Meanwhile, local firms in China should keep making their own innova-tions, take advantage ofr current patents for fibrate carboxylate.关键词
