摘要
Abstract
Based on DII and Innography Database, we use H-index, core patent, number of patent litigations, total number of patents to assess quality of patents from Ocean Tomo300TM constituents. The result indicates that H-index and core patent are suitable indexes to e-valuate patent quality, and show significant correlation.关键词
