Research on the Construction of Web 2. 0 and Cloud Computing Based Knowledge Community for Scientific Researchers

Abstract
To solve problems of the lack of user participation, the weakness of the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge exchange, cooperation and innovation in knowledge community for scientific researchers, a new approach to build knowledge community for scientific researchers (KCfSR) is put forward, which is based on Web2. 0 and cloud computing. The new KCfSR is to use the idea, framework and technology of Web2. 0 and cloud computing. In the proposed KCfSR, the cloud platform is used to achieve cloud-enabled self-organizing management of huge knowledge in knowledge community as well as dynamic combination and dispatching of knowledge cloud, and the open cloud client which converges different Web2. 0 applications is used to achieve that scientific researchers participate in knowledge ex-change and cooperation on-demand with multi-approaches and multi-modes. The new knowledge community facilitates scientific re-searchers better participate in activities in knowledge community and promote knowledge exchange, cooperation and innovation among sci-entific researchers.关键词
