摘要
Abstract
While bringing the free flow of information, microblog also brought some new legal issues which added some challenges to net-work monitoring. Based on analyzing microblog's regulatory status quo, optimum strategy and regulatory object, the paper explored oper-ational monitoring and supervision of public opinion with the game theory as a basic tool. Based on the game analysis, we proposed three countermeasures which included improving the legal regulations to achieve“legal basis”, building a sound regulatory system to achieve full supervision and improving the administrative protection mechanisms.关键词
