复杂项目危机预警网格系统设计与实现
On Early Warning Grid System for Complex Project Crisis
摘要
Abstract
Modern project shows a clear trend of becoming complex. High uncertainty and tight coupling of internal and external factors make complex project crises occur frequently. After explaining the characteristics of complex project crisis, the paper analyzes the forma-tion mechanism of complex project crsis from the perspectives of internal and external factors. To make up for deficiencies of traditional project management methods, it then designs a complex project crisis early warning grid system to utilize the advantage of emerging grid in such systems. The proposed system is composed of resource layer, middleware layer, application service layer and portal layer. The main functions of each layer are described, and the implementation strategy of the system is proposed. The proposed crisis early warning system based on grid provides a new way to timely warning of complex project crisis.关键词
