The Construction and Application Research of Public Library Service Quality Evaluation Model -Based on the Perspective of Insync Surveys

Abstract
Reference the Insync Surveys evaluation tools, combining with the characteristics of public library,then construct the public li-brary service quality evaluation model with six dimensions and twenty-five indicators. Put eight domestic public libraries as the research object, after researching data and verifying effectiveness of the evaluation model, use Insync Surveys' attention / satisfaction measurement tool to evaluate public library service quality, identify service focus and items which need to be improved. Such conclusions could provide a certain reference and experience for further exploring on public library service quality influencing factors and improved strategies.关键词
