The Model Construction of Competitive Intelligence Collaboration Based on Knowledge Governance

Abstract
By analyzing the 200 valid questionnaires, it is found that model of competitive intelligence collaboration based on the knowl-edge governance is influenced by many factors;attentions should be especially paid to the dimensions of governance, intellectual capital, knowledge mobilization, situational awareness, competitive intelligence process, social capital of competitive intelligence and competitive intelligence technology facilities. On the basis of the critical success factors in the competitive intelligence collaboration model and accord-ing to relationships of each factor to another factor in the competitive intelligence collaboration, a competitive intelligence collaboration model based on the knowledge governance is built at last.关键词
