微博中产品意见挖掘研究
Research on Product Opinion Mining in Microblog
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid growth of microblog, more and more customers participate in the microblog, share product experience and ex-press likes or dislikes about product. Firstly,this paper presents the importance of opinion mining on the growing social media and electron-ic commerce business. Then it introduces the research progress both at home and abroad of the opinion mining on product from the prospect of product feature-based extraction, product review subjectivity-objectivity classification and sentiment polarity classification. Finally, it summarizes the challenge of opinion mining on product and research interests about it.关键词
