Abstract
As the logistics finance expands,it is necessary that port develops logistics finance.This pa-per deals with the fundamental state of China,the conditions of Rizhao Harbo developing logistics finance, and designs the procedure of port developing logistics finance.Some suggestions of port developing logistics finance are proposed.关键词
