Theoretical Analysis on Cycle Slip Detecting Problems with TurboEdit Algorithm in Initial Phase

Abstract
Uncertainty of cycle slip detection in initial phase in TurboEdit algorithm as show n in some papers is theoretically analyzed in detail .Firstly ,the essence of Least-squares adjustment of iterative formulas in TurboEdit algorithm is derived based on two assump-tions .Secondly ,the potential reasons causing uncertainty of cycle slip detection in initial phase are explained statistically by use of probabilities and confidence intervals of iterative formulas on different epochs .The results show that :1) the success rate of TurboEdit algo-rithm is still mainly depended on the precision of pseudo range observations and under some precision level ,uncertainty of cycle slip detection will not only occur in initial phases but also in other phases ;2) adjustment freedom will influence uncertainty of cycle slip detection in initial phase more seriously than in other phases .关键词
