摘要

Abstract

The Swiss government launched an international staff training program to supply qualified candidates to international organizations. The Swiss foreign ministry has taken some measure to facilitate the young university graduates aspiring to become international staffs. For example, it introduces functions of diverse international organizations including UN agencies and their job vacancies, as well as the application procedure for an international staff on its ofifcial websites;in addition, it hold a computer grade test once a year to sift through the qualified candidate for international organizations. The article studies their practices on international staff training and excellent people selecting, which is worthwhile to be shared by Chinese domestic counterparts.
