Implementation of Italy’s Smart Meters Program and Its Progress

Abstract
In order to safeguard the national energy security, countries around the world are actively developing the smart grid technology. Energy-starved Italy takes a lead in the application of the smart meters in the world through the large-scale deployment of smart meters. This paper brielfy introduces the implementation and features of the program, and analyzes the problems to be solved during the deployment of the program.关键词
