新加坡政府在中小企业发展过程中的作用
Roles of Singapore Government in the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
Singapore has 180 thousands business enterprises, among which the small and medium-sized enterprises ( SMEs ) account for 99%, and employees in SMEs account for 65% of the domestic working population. The ebb and flow of enterprises is closely linked with the national economy, and has a decisive inlfuence on national development. Main dififculties in the development of SMEs of Singapore include shortage of ifnancial liquidity, high cost of labors, weak innovation ability, as well as lack of the support in science and technology, etc. This paper introduces the role of Singapore government in the development of its SMEs, the related policies and practices made by Singapore government in technical support and talents training, which could be a reference for development of China’s small and medium-sized enterprises.关键词
