日本大学衍生企业协同创新研究及其启示--以iPSAcademia Japan公司为例
Study on Synergy Innovation of Japanese University’s Spin-off Company-The Case of iPS Academia Japan, Inc
摘要
Abstract
Synergy innovation has been a trend for the innovation development of university spin-off companies. Taking Japanese’s iPS Academia Japan, Inc as a study case, the paper introduced the company’s synergy innovation mechanism in the fields of venture investment and intellectual property management, and analyzed the dynamics of success from the viewpoint of companies, universities and the government. On this basis, advices of synergy innovation for Chinese university spin-off companies were proposed.关键词
