长件类物品吊运事故的分析与对策*
摘要
Abstract
The light and small-size crane is widely used for material handling in medium and small-scale plant.During hoisting work for elongated objects,certain accidents such as unhooking,derail and the like,or even casualties,will oc-cur due to improper selection and design of hoisting methods.The paper analyzes the accident cause,process and influen-cing factors with the normal accidents of hoisting elongated materials by light and small-size crane as analysis objects.The hoisting model for long objects is built to analyze the force-carrying conditions of wire ropes and hoisting points,hence to obtain the usage principle for such condition,and safety countermeasures for preventing related accidents,which provides certain guidance for safety supervision of hoisting elongated materials.关键词
