摘要

Abstract

Aiming at certain problems in claw drive of QLG1500-40 drum-type blending reclaimer such as large vibra-tion impact,high-speed shaft fracture of reducer,etc.,the 3D solid modeling and model simplification are performed for the claw drive.Based on the exponential friction model of movement resistance,simulation analysis is performed for slider-crank mechanism of claw drive by Pro/Mechanism.The result shows that the cart comes across huge resistance arising from partial load of the mechanism during reciprocating motion.When the movement direction is changed,movement resistance will turn into enormous impact load,causing regular vibration impact failures to the equipment.A scheme of balancing force is put forward aiming at the impact load.The balancing force is given based on the movement resistance and the force at crank shaft end.The simulation analysis shows that the balancing force can effectively reduce sudden load arising from reversing,hence to reduce failures of claw drive device.
