满足可靠性要求的桥式起重机金属结构优化设计
摘要
Abstract
For metal structure system of bridge cranes,the finite element analysis software Ansys is adopted for build-ing overall and reasonable structural analysis model.Considering the uncertainty of material property,dimension parameter, and lifting load in metal structure design of the bridge crane,the LHS technology in Monte-Carlo is employed to finite ele-ment analysis,reliability analysis,and sensitivity analysis,for the purpose of structural optimal design,to work out the best design scheme.The result shows that reliability optimal design can limit the failure of bridge cranes in the acceptable level.The optimal design can not only meet the reliability requirements,but also reduce the structure mass,to reach better balance between the product usage performance and economic performance.关键词
