摘要
Abstract
The regression analysis for moment limit curve is performed according to the 1 6-point lifting capacity-ampli-tude form for large-scale 8 000 t floating cranes,so that the moment limit curve is fitted out using the least square meth-od.Due to boom deformation of such cranes,weighing sensor shows non-linear relationship between input and output,the anti-nonlinear fitting is performed for output of the weighing sensor with the least square method,in order to get the calibra-ted correct load capacity.The design idea is realized using ARM7 single chip to make the system design of hardware circuit and software program.The designed system can correctly measure the weight,perform automatic alarm in case of up to limi-tation,and cut off the operation in unsafe direction,for the purpose of protection.关键词
