基于Ansys的装载机驱动桥壳模态分析
摘要
Abstract
The major failure mode of driving axle housing of loader is the fatigue failure caused under the action of al-ternating loads.The inherent characteristic of the axle housing is figured out through dynamic analysis,which can facilitate to improve its design,hence to avoid or reduce occurrence of this failure.Modal analysis for the axle housing is performed by Ansys,to figure out the inherent characteristic of the axle housing and corresponding vibration modes,hence to get the positions where maximum vibration amplitude of the axle housing exists.It's required to improve the strength and stiffness of these positions during design of the axle housing.关键词
