摘要

Abstract

To address the protein loop closure problem ,this paper realized and designed the experiments to analyse and compare two numerical methods inspired by robotics-Cyclic Coordinate Descent (CCD) and Jacobian matrix method .In terms of computing time and closure efficiency ,CCD performs better than Jacobian matrix method ,while Jacobian matrix method is able to modify each dihedral angle in a more balanced way .
