摘要

Abstract

Watermarking is a effective solution of digital technology ’s copyright protection and the information integrity certification .In this paper ,we proposed a blind watermarking algorithm which is based on DWT and SVD .The algorithm utilizes the inherent characteristics of DWT and SVD ,then the watermark is embedded in the sub-blocks of the singular values in the original image’s low frequency sub-band after being Arnold scrambled .Experimental results show that the algorithm has good invisibility and robustness .
