摘要

Abstract

The Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion is characterized by multiple geological sections and complex geological conditions, especially the expansive soil and underground water are the main geological problems in canal en-gineering. Therefore, the construction geological work has significant meanings for smooth construction and optimization of geolog-ical problems treatment. According to the engineering practice of canal construction of Taocha to Lushan section, we propose bas-ic requirements of construction geological work, geological logging for landslide and fissures, quick discrimination method of ex-pansive degree as well as some notes in data collection and organization for expansive soil.
