Abstract
Aiming at uncertain factors on safety evaluation of earth-rockfill dam,this paper proposed a new method which was set pair analysis on earth-rockfill dam safety evaluation model. An index system with 9 appraisal factors was set for earth-rockfill dam,which included project quality, operational management,site inspection,standing capacity,overall stability of,distortion and crack,seepage,anti-seismic capability and metal structure. Accelerating genetic algorithm based on analytic hierarchy process was adopted to determine the statistical weight in the index system. The set pair analysis method was then used to obtain single indicator contact number,comprehensive contact number and the relative membership function to make comprehensive safety evaluation of earth-rockfill dam. The application example shows that set pair analysis method used in safety evaluation of earth-rockfill dam is feasible and effective.关键词
