Abstract
In order to improve the utilization rate of dyes in cotton yarn dyeing, modification treatment of cationic modifier Q-1 on cotton yarn was researched. The optimized process was that the yarns were dyed at 70℃for 30 min in bath ratio of 1 ︰ 30 containing 7 g/L Q-1 and 48% sodium hydroxide 0.8 g/L. The dyeing properties test of the modified yarn showed that the strength, whiteness and capillary effect of the yarn met the requirements of subsequent process, and the color yield of modified yarn was about 10% higher than that of untreated cotton yarn. However, the rubbing fastness of modified yarn was low, which needs further research.关键词
