摘要

Abstract

A stable waterborne polyurethane anti-pilling agent for cotton knits was synthetized mainly using 2,4-toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and polyether glycol as raw material, and NaHSO3 as blocking agent using optimizing reaction conditions. In addition, an optimal synthesis process of polyurethane prepolymer was determined that reaction temperature was 65℃and reaction time was 120 min. The optimum finishing process on cotton knits was as follows:cured at 130℃for 3 min after treated in finishing agent (100 g/L).
