海藻酸纤维活性染料染色工艺研究

摘要
Abstract
Alginate fibers were dyed with Clariant Drimarene K reactive dye. Influences of dye concentration, pH value of dyeing liquor, fixation temperature and time on dyeing effects were studied. The absorbance of dyeing liquor before and after dyeing was measured by UV spectrophotometer at the maximum absorption wavelength and then the dye uptake was calculated. The breaking strength of fibers before and after dyeing was also tested. The results showed that the dye uptake of Drimarene Red K-4BL was higher than that of Drimarene Yellow K-2R. The optimum dyeing process was as below:dye concentration 1%(omf), fixation at 70℃for 40 min at pH 7 and calcium chloride 1.0 g/L.关键词
