海外项目投融资法律实务浅析

Abstract
Due to the risky and costly nature of overseas investment, ifnancing is one of the big-gest challenges for Chinese corporations dealt with overseas investment. Unless a corporate has its own ifnancial advisory ifrm or some long-term overseas ifnancial partners, most corporate will encounter capital dififculties in cross-border M&A deals. In order to help domestic companies to control risks of overseas project ifnancing, this article summarizes and analyzes models and proposes speciifc observations and recommendations based on the legal problems encountered in practices.关键词
